Paltau Gorge, Tian Shan Mountains,

A spectacular sightseeing trek in the Tian Shan Mountains! From Tashkent, we drive 2 hours to Paltau Gorge (border zone, passport required, registration at the military post). After paying the eco fee (20,000 UZS per person), the trek begins at 1000 m altitude along a dirt road leading to the Paltau Waterfall.

We then climb a steep trail to a beautiful birch grove, and continue through orchards of apples and other fruit trees. The return route follows a dirt road back to the starting point.

Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of the Tian Shan mountains and Charvak Reservoir. Transfer by minibus is included.
