You will go to one of the colorful markets of the city to choose fresh ingredients: meat, rice, spices.

You will learn the secrets of choosing products and will be able to buy souvenirs with oriental charm.

2. Master class in the village of Terakzor

You will visit a traditional Uzbek village, where you will be met by a hospitable family.

Under the guidance of the owner of the house, you will go through all the stages of cooking pilaf, revealing the secrets of this famous dish.

3. Dinner in the garden

After cooking, you will enjoy pilaf with your family.

On the table there will also be fragrant bread baked in a tandoor and homemade sweets - gilmindi from lavash with cream.

During dinner, you will hear stories about life in the village, get acquainted with Uzbek traditions, including the tea ceremony.
