Day 1: Adventure in the mountains

Path through passes and beautiful views:

On the first day, we will set off on a journey through two mountain passes, which will take about 5 hours. The first pass is Takhta Karacha (at an altitude of 1610 m), where a film with Gojko Mitic was filmed. Breathtaking views, a mountain bazaar and the famous Plateau of Demons await you. At the second pass, you will be amazed by the reservoir and red mountains.

Lunch in the mountain village of Gelon:

At an altitude of 2300 meters, you will enjoy traditional cuisine. After lunch, you will have time to explore the village with a water mill, mini hydroelectric power station and blacksmith workshop, as well as visit the house of a local artist.

 Dinner with locals:

In the evening, you will have dinner with the locals in a traditional style. If you wish, you can participate in the preparation of the food.

Day 2: Shepherds and the Mountains

 Morning with the Shepherds:

Early in the morning (around 8:00) we will go herding cattle with local shepherds. You will feel the atmosphere of the mountain people's life, caring for animals in pastures high in the mountains.

 Cooking and rest:

Breakfast and lunch will be prepared by ourselves, using traditional methods on a campfire. This is an unforgettable experience that brings you closer to the local culture.

 Return to Samarkand:

After lunch, we will descend from the mountains and drive back to Samarkand, where we will be at 16:00.
