Aydarkul Lake and Nurata City Tour
This trip will give you unforgettable impressions of a mysterious lake hidden among desert dunes, and also give you the opportunity to learn about the ancient history and culture of Uzbekistan in Nurata.
What awaits you?
Nurata City:
Nurata, which in Arabic means "light given by God", is an ancient city filled with history and legends.
We will visit the historical complex of Chashma, where there is a thousand-year-old spring and the Juma Mosque, built in the 16th century.
We will also see the fortress of Alexander the Great, as well as an ancient hamam. These places hide a lot of fascinating stories and myths that we will be happy to share with you.
Aydarkul Lake:
200 km from Samarkand you will find yourself in one of the most amazing places in Uzbekistan - Aydarkul Lake, created artificially in the Kyzylkum Desert.
The lake stretches for 200 km in length and 15 km in width, surrounded by endless sands.
The water in the lake is clean and warm, ideal for swimming in the soft evening rays of the sun. Here you will feel like you are in a real oasis, far from the hustle and bustle.
